At Oogway, privacy is always a top priority for us and we are firmly committed to guarding the confidence you have placed in us and to use, responsibly and professionally, any information you provide. We won’t ask you for personal information unless we feel it is necessary to provide our Service, and we won’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products and services, or protect our rights. And we will never rent or sell personal information to any third party.

Your contributions to the Service are intended for public consumption and are therefore viewable by the public, including your photos, ratings, reviews, comments, and account profile. You may post information, including personal information, on areas of the Service that may be viewed by other users. We urge you to use good judgment. Other users may be able to identify you, or associate you with your account, if you include personal information in the Content you post publicly. Do not post any information, including without limitation, personal information, that you do not want other users to know. Many internet connections are public and/or not secure, and other users using that same connection may have access to your information; please make sure that you are using a secure internet connection.
Please also note that the messages you send or receive using the Service are only private to the extent that both you and the recipient(s) of your messages keep them private. For example, if you send a message to another user, that user may choose to publicly post it. You can invite others to join our Service by providing us with their contact information, or by allowing us to access contacts from your computer, mobile device, or third party sites to select which individuals you want to invite. If you allow us to access your contacts, we will transmit information about your contacts to our servers long enough to process your invitations.
When you register for an account or use certain features, you are opting to receive messages from other users, businesses, and us. We may also track your actions in response to the messages you receive from us or through the Service, such as whether you deleted, opened, or forwarded such messages, and share that information with other parties to your messages (for example, to let them know if you have viewed their message). 4. Cookies and Device Identifiers
You can set some Cookie preferences through your device or browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Service. The method for disabling Cookies may vary by device and browser, but can usually be found in your device or browser preferences or security settings. For example, iOS and Android devices each have settings which are designed to limit forms of ad tracking. Please note that changing any of these settings does not prevent the display of certain advertisements to you.
5. Third Parties’ use of Personal Identifiers and Device Identifiers
The Service may include third-party advertising, links to other sites, and other content from third-party businesses. These third-party sites, businesses, and advertisers, or advertising companies working on their behalf, may use device Identifiers and personal identifiers to measure the effectiveness of their ads, personalize or optimize advertising content and to track users who link from their respective websites to the Service.
We do not have access to or control over such identifiers that these third parties may use. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party sites. you are encouraged to review the privacy policies of the different sites you visit.

We may host discussions or other moderated forums for users who can help each other with technical and general questions. Topics for discussion may include technical support questions and problems, suggestions for improvement, or anything else that relates to the Service. Our databases automatically update any personal information you edit in your account, or that you request we edit. Information transmitted through boards, chats, polls or through any other means remains in our databases. Keep this in mind if you decide to communicate personal information through any of these means.
8. Information Retention
To preserve the integrity of our databases, our standard procedures call for us to retain information submitted by users for an indefinite length of time. We understand your submissions as consent to store all of your information in one place for this indefinite length of time, if we so wish. If required by law, we will remove user information by erasing it from our database. We will also respond to written user requests to remove account information.

We use various safeguards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and after we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Your profile is password-protected so that only you have access to your account information. In order to maintain this protection, do not give your password to anyone. Our staff will never proactively reach out to you and ask for any personal account information, including your password. You should never share devices. This will help protect your information entered on public terminals from disclosure to third parties.
The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us here. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account
12. California Residents: California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents have certain rights around the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information.
We do not sell your personal information and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law. Similarly, we do not offer financial incentives associated with our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information.
If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request to know what personal information has been collected about you, and to access that information. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information, though exceptions under the CCPA may allow us to retain and use certain personal information notwithstanding your deletion request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. An agent may submit a request on your behalf, but you must verify that your agent is authorized to do so.
Separate from the CCPA, California’s Shine the Light law gives California residents the right to ask companies what personal information they share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their goods or services to you unless you request such disclosure.
